
Jandel Allen-Davis MED’84

President and CEO, Craig Hospital
Dr. Jandel Allen-Davis has been leading Craig Hospital, a world-renowned rehabilitation hospital that specializes in acute neurorehabilitation and research of patients with acquired and traumatic spinal cord and brain injuries, since 2018. Before joining Craig, she was the vice president of Government, External Relations, and Research at Kaiser Permanente Colorado for nine years. In that role she led the organization’s government relations and regulatory affairs, community relations and community benefit investment, clinical research activities, stakeholder engagement, communications, and advertising and marketing functions. Her past roles at Kaiser Permanente included associate medical director of external relations for the Colorado Permanente Medical Group, regional director of patient safety, and physician chief of the Wheat Ridge Medical Offices. She also served on the Permanente Medical Group’s board of directors, including chair of the board in her final year of service. For 25 years, until 2009, Dr. Allen-Davis was a practicing OB/GYN. She volunteers her time and expertise on numerous boards, including the Geisel Board of Advisors, and was recently appointed to the Denver Branch of the Kansas City Federal Reserve Bank.
