The Outstanding Service Award recognizes an alumnus or alumna for generous, enthusiastic, and persistent loyalty and service to the Medical School and Dartmouth-Hitchcock. This individual has dedicated ongoing efforts to support the goals and initiatives, especially those toward continued outreach to grow and sustain alumni connection with his or her alma mater. This individual may also have been a resource to enrich the education and training of our students, a leadership contact for faculty and administration, a community link or liaison—as asked or independently—for the greater good of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.

Submit a nomination for an Outstanding Service Award

The nomination deadline for the next awards cycle is March 4, 2024. Awards will next be given in September 2024 as part of reunion weekend.

Submissions must include a nomination form, a CV or resume, and two letters of recommendation to be considered complete. Incomplete nominations will not be considered for review by the Alumni Recognition Committee.
