White Coat Note Writers

The Alumni Council and Alumni Relations Office are currently recruiting volunteers who would like to welcome the Medical School's next class via the the White Coat Welcome Note Project. Each year 90 alumni volunteers share words of welcome and encouragement to the incoming student with an individually written note. May we count on your help this year?

All interested volunteers, new and previous, please contact Annette Rine ( or 603-653-0726) to let us know you would like to participate. We will send you your student's name, a special note card, and a pre-paid return envelope in early July with the request that your note be returned to us by August 26, 2018.

Students will receive their notes - in the pocket of their white coat - at their White Coat Ceremony.

This special tradition is a wonderful way to help our medical students feel supported as they begin their journey through medical school and become our future colleagues.

Thank you!
