In-Person Reunion

 

Join us for our first hybrid reunion to reconnect with your classmates, visit your favorite places at Dartmouth and in the Upper Valley, connect with current students, and be inspired by the wonderful work happening at the medical school today. We’ve planned a weekend full of opportunities to reconnect.

Enjoy early fall in picturesque New England by returning to Hanover to remember and renew the experiences that first made Dartmouth so special to you!

PLEASE NOTE: Reunion in-person registration will close August 31, 2022. Given potential limitations due to COVID-19, walk-in registrants will not be guaranteed admittance.

COVID-19 vaccination is required prior to in-person attendance, unless an exception has been provided. Attendees are encouraged to wear masks indoors when not eating or drinking. See additional details below.

*Parking for events held at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center is located in “Lot 9.” This lot is to the left of Jesse’s Steaks, Seafood & Tavern on Bluesky Drive in Lebanon. Shuttles will run every 15 minutes from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm between the hospital main entrance, and Lot 9. Call Ashlee Lindsey at 603.646.5841 with questions or concerns about the shuttle.

**Parking for events on Geisel Campus is in lot off Dewey Field Road, Hanover (to the right of the Life Sciences Center.) Here is a link to the Dartmouth Campus Map.

 ***Shuttles to the Hanover Inn will run between Geisel Campus and Hanover Inn every 15 minutes from 2:30 to 10:00 pm. Shuttles will pick up and drop off in the loop in front of the Life Sciences Center and at the bus stop in front of the Hopkins Center, adjacent to the Hanover Inn. What COVID-19 restrictions and protocols will be in place?

The following guidelines are current as of 7/27/2022 and will be updated if and when there are changes to Dartmouth’s COVID restrictions and guidelines.

  • Important note: anyone experiencing COVID-like symptoms—vaccinated or not—should NOT attend or participate in-person in Geisel Reunions.
  • Everyone attending in-person Geisel Alumni Reunion must be vaccinated.
  • Masks are encouraged for everyone while not eating or drinking.
  • For more information, please see Dartmouth’s Face Mask Policy.
  • Cancellations after August 31 are non-refundable.


What is the dress code for reunion weekend?

  • Business casual attire (shorts are okay) is suitable for the majority of reunion weekend, with the following exceptions:
  • Casual attire for Saturday's BBQ
  • Cocktail attire for Saturday evening's receptions and class dinner.
