NEWS FROM THE GEISEL SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AT DARTMOUTH | March 2021

Greetings, Alumni and Friends,Match Day

This year, one of the most exciting days for fourth-year medical students, Match Day, falls on March 19. I invite you to join us via livestream as our Geisel fourth-years find out where they'll be going for the next phase of their medical training.

You’re also invited to meet some of our amazing fourth-year students when we celebrate this year’s Syvertsen Fellow and Scholars on April 1. Attendees will have the opportunity to join a small group conversation with one of this year’s awardees, and to hear from Alison Holmes, MD, MPH, chair of the Faculty Memorial Committee and associate dean for student affairs, and Martha Wu MED’97 and Seth McClennen MED’97 of the Syvertsen Alumni Memorial Committee.

Our fourth-years and I hope to see you at one or both of these celebrations!

Be well,

Amanda Bassett
