Care Clinic (TLC) for Babies: Appropriate Referrals, Nutrition and Follow Up.

Learning Outcome Statement:

At the conclusion of this series, (at least 75% of) participants will be able to state three practice changes related to care of the pediatric patient population that are designed to lead to the improvement of child health from an individual, health care system, and/or societal level.
